Back then it didn’t matter if you went to the gym at 6pm and got home two hours later, grabbing some food on the way home. You can’t do that now. Why Listen To Me?

What I’m trying to say is that my results have come from keeping one thing in the forefront of my mind... You!

There are a few things you need to know about me. I’m a fitness & fat loss expert. My clients get impressive results without losing the will to live! But that’s not all you need to know. I’ve been single, married, and I’ve been through a divorce and out the other side. My approach to health and fitness helped me stay healthy throughout all that.

I know how to train, eat, and stay in shape even when life gets busy or stressful.

My methods aren’t strict or weird. They’re realistic and make sense. (I promise not to make you do any of the stuff I had to do as a pro Muay Thai fighter - I’d never diet like that again either!) My way of doing things won’t make you stressed or act neurotic.

I am very proud of the reputation I have built as a personal trainer here in Edinburgh, I approach every new client with the utmost integrity.

Unlike most personal trainers who will take on any client, no matter how wavering your commitment, I am very particular about who I take on as a client. To this extent there are certain conditions that I make each client aware of before working together:

  • Make the time to train with me three times a week. - I will always create sensible training routines, but I need effort from you too!
  • Accept that you must follow the 90/10 rule. 90% of what you do from exercise to food intake must be EXACTLY as I tell you. The other 10% can be "flexible"
  • Give 100% effort. I never care what your starting point is, all I care about is that you give as much effort as you can - you give me that, I will give you results!
