How To Lose Fat Faster & Easier
I've always hated dieting - ever since I was a pro fighter. Getting punched in the face was so much easier for me than having to make weight.
What I started doing back then was rather than losing weight over a 12 week training camp, I would do a more extreme diet for the last 6.
Mentally I found this much easier and by not having to diet as long I became fitter and stronger as I was able to train harder in the first 6 weeks.
Am I suggesting a crash/extreme diet?
Well the answer is kinda. A degree in Sports Science, a Masters in Sports & Exercise Physiology and 10's of 1000's of coaching hours I have now found that shorter more intense bursts of dieting are far more beneficial and easier to get results and sustain!
